Getting help should never be complicated.
If you’ve struggled to access a GP, we’re here to change that. The Geneviv Empowerment Foundation offers free, CQC-regulated GP care for people who face barriers to NHS services. Whether you’re unregistered, in temporary housing, or simply can’t get seen, our doctors provide confidential, professional support – no judgement, no cost.
Who Can Use Our Services
You may be eligible if you:
Are unable to register with an NHS GP due to immigration, homelessness, or registration barriers
Currently living in unstable or insecure housing
Are socially or digitally excluded
Need a free, medically qualified GP consultation and care
What to Expect
You’ll meet with one of our GMC-registered doctors
We’ll take your history, examine you, and recommend investigations or treatment
Where needed, we’ll help you navigate referrals to NHS or specialist services
We support you with continuity of care — follow-ups and monitoring

We relieve sickness and advance public health
By providing access to GP and primary care services for people who have difficulty accessing such care –
Though inspired by the ethos of Geneviv Clinic, we operate as a separate, independent charity (CIO) delivering purely medical, non-surgical GP services to those most in need.
